Sheer was founded on the principle of “sheer transparency.” Yet, among third-party logistics providers, we stand out. Small enough to remain agile but large enough to provide holistic expertise, Sheer develops zero-distortion solutions that meet our customers’ specific business goals. A privately-held, owner-run company, Sheer is not beholden to anonymous shareholders.

We trust our employees and empower them to make decisions focused on customer satisfaction. Our guiding principles are honesty, integrity and loyalty—within our own organization and especially when we’re dealing with the customer. At Sheer, every employee shares in the responsibility to enhance customer experiences, and we all share in the resulting success.
