We are seeking an individual who is energetic, team-oriented and looking to gain business experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized and able to prioritize multiple activities while providing superior service and a friendly attitude to our clients.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

  • Process freight bills and perform other administrative tasks
  • Manage Accessorial Charges
  • Ensure carrier compliance with customer requirements
  • Respond to customer issues to ensure satisfaction
  • Strive for continuous improvement and identify opportunities to increase efficiency
  • Assist manager and team members on miscellaneous projects as needed
  • Develop knowledge of all modes of transportation
  • Perform basic business activities such as filing and scanning documents
